Shipping
Ships from a US warehouse. We ship to the United States with UPS or USPS, with tracking. Typical domestic transit is about 4–7 days after the package is handed to the carrier. That is typical, not a guarantee.
Returns & damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or missing, refuse the shipment or email contact@soqueue.com right away. Claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Returns: the customer pays return shipping. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we shipped an item in error.
Once an order has shipped and is in transit, it can't be refunded and the address can't be changed, so please double-check your address at checkout. Lost packages are claimed with UPS/USPS.
Secure checkout
Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
